MILEAGE RATES
100 FREE miles per night included with your rental (specials excluded).
101-200 miles per day - 30 cents per mile
201 -300 miles per day - 60 cents per mile
300+ miles per day - $1.00 per mile

INSURANCE
Please provide a furnished binder from your insurance.OR purchase online from our insurance provider. Please call us for more information about this.

DOWNPAYMENT & BALANCE
We require a downpayment to guarantee your reservation. For a standard booking of 21 days or less a $250 downpayment is required. For long term rentals of over 21 days a 25% down payment is required. No unit is held unless a downpayment is given. The downpayment applies to balance. The balance is due on departure. If paying by personal check the balance is due 5 working days before departure. Any booking taken less than 5 days before departure will require payment at the time of booking.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $750/$1000 (over 31ft RV) is required by credit card on day of departure. This is a verification held by credit card.

GENERATOR CHARGES
With every rental you get 5 FREE hours a day and then $4.00/hr thereafter.

CANCELLATION

Standard reservation cancelations ($250) 44 days or more before rental a refund of 80% of downpayment applies. 43 days or less to rental, downpayment is forfeited.

Long term rentals (25%) downpayment is non refundable.

We may at our discretion allow downpayments to be creditied towards future rentals.
